I’m proud of the experiences that have shaped who I am, as a student, leader, and creator. From earning recognition as New York City’s Teen of Impact 2024 with the American Heart Association, to building an engaged community through digital storytelling, I’ve learned how to connect with people and make an impact.

American Heart Association - Teen of  Impact

Sadie began volunteering with the American Heart Association in 2023 as Co-Leader of the Heart Club at Trevor Day School, where she organized events, led awareness campaigns, and inspired her peers to support heart health.

In 2024, she was named New York City’s Teen of Impact Winner for her leadership and fundraising, later serving as a national Teen of Impact volunteer to help strengthen the program nationwide.

That fall, Sadie traveled to Dallas to appear in the 2025 national Teen of Impact video and support the first-ever Teen of Impact Boot Camp, contributing both on camera and behind the scenes.

Her three years of service reflect creativity, initiative, and a lasting commitment to making a positive difference.

Creative Storytelling on TikTok

Sadie has built a community of more than 82,000 followers and 3.8 million likes on TikTok, where she creates thoughtful, creative, and relatable content for teens.

Her videos focus on wellness, lifestyle, and leadership, often sharing tips to help teens navigate everyday challenges with confidence and positivity. She uses her platform to raise awareness about heart health and inspire her peers to get involved.

Sadie’s ability to blend creativity with purpose has made her a trusted and authentic voice for her generation.

Throughout high school, Sadie has taken on roles that show initiative, reliability, and compassion.

She has served as a Student Council Member and Admissions Ambassador all four years, representing her peers and welcoming new students to the Trevor Day community.

As Founder and Co-Leader of the Heart Club, which she launched her sophomore year, Sadie built one of the school’s most active service groups, leading three years of campaigns supporting heart health.

Outside of school, she has worked as a camp counselor since age 13, leading activities and mentoring younger students in a positive, inclusive environment.

Together, these experiences reflect Sadie’s steady leadership and her dedication to helping others thrive.
